Kinder Blondie Recipe

Whipped up using the Salter Marino Hand Mixer

Ingredients

200g white chocolate
115g of butter
2 eggs, whisked
65g of caster sugar
1 tsp of vanilla extract
100g of plain flour
15g of corn starch
3 large Kinder bars
2 tablespoons of Nutella

Method

Step 1: Melt the butter and chocolate together before adding in the whisked eggs and vanilla extract
Step 2: Add the vanilla before mixing in the dry ingredients and pour half of the mixture into a square lined pan
Step 3: Add in the Kinder and Nutella before layering the rest of the mixture over the top
Step 4: Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 24 – 28 minutes.
Allow to completely cool before dividing them up.
