Lemon Drizzle Traybake

Perfectly mixed with the Marino Electric Hand Mixer
Ingredients
220g baking spread
220g caster sugar
275g self raising flour
1 tsp baking powder
4 eggs
Zest of 1 lemon
1 tsp lemon extract
5 tablespoons of milk
Method
Step 1: Add all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl and beat with a hand mixer until pale and fluffy
Step 2: Mix the juice of the lemon with 3 tbsp of caster sugar
Step 3: Spread the mixture in a lined baking tin
Step 4: Bake at 160 degrees for 25-30 minutes
Step 5: Add the lemon juice and sugar mixture whilst still hot
Allow to completely cool before slicing and serving.
