Satay Chicken Skewers Recipe

Perfect in our BW09277 Earth Forged Aluminium Fry Pan
Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, diced
Zest and juice of half a lime
I heaped tbsp of peanut butter
1 tsp of curry powder
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp of sesame oil
75g of coconut milk
Method
Step 1: Soak some bamboo skewers in water so that they don’t burn
Step 2: Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
Step 3: Mix all sauce ingredients well and transfer 2/3rds to a different bowl
Step 4: Add chicken to the bowl with less sauce in and coat well
Step 5: Skewer 4-5 pieces of chicken on each skewer and place on a baking tray
Step 6: Cook for around 18 minutes or until chicken is cooked through
Step 7: Whilst the chicken is cooking heat the remaining sauce until thickened, perfect to dip the skewers in
