Perfect in our EK5196GW Dual View Air Fryer

Ingredients

Filling 
2x nectarines 
2x peaches 
1/4 tsp nutmeg 
1/4 tsp cinnamon 
1 tbsp plain flour 
40g soft brown sugar 
 
Topping 
40g plain flour 
60g soft brown sugar 
60g butter (cold & cut into cubes) 
50g jumbo rolled oats

Method 

Step 1: Using the Salter chopping scale chop the stone fruit into 1 cm slices 
Step 2: Add all filling ingredients into a bowl and mix to combine - set this aside 
Step 3: Add all topping ingredients apart from the oats to a separate bowl, and rub between your fingers to create a crumble like topping 
Step 4: Combine the oats and place in the fridge for 15 minutes 
Step 5: Preheat oven 190 degrees 
Step 6: Prepare skillet dish by greasing it with a little butter 
Step 7: Place the fruit into the bottom of the skillet and pour over any sugary juices left in the bowl 
Step 8: Crumble the topping over the fruit 
Step 9: Bake for 25-30 mins until fruit is jammy and top is crispy
Step 10: Serve with ice cream or double cream
