Triple Chocolate Brownies Recipe

Ingredients

270g of dark chocolate 
300g of butter 
6 eggs 
480g of caster sugar 
150g of plain flour 
80g of cocoa powder 
75g of white chocolate chips 
75g of milk chocolate chips 
6g salt 
2 tablespoons of strong coffee 

Method 

Step 1: Melt the butter and mix well with the sugar 
Step 2: Add in the eggs one by one and mix on a low speed in your stand mixer 
Step 3: Add the coffee and mix until combined 
Step 4: Finely chop your dark chocolate 
Step 5: Add the dark chocolate along with all your dry ingredients and mix until fully combined 
Step 6: Add in the chocolate chips and hand mix (helps them stay at the top!) 
Step 7: Line a large baking tray (or roasting tin) with baking paper 
Step 8: Bake at 180 degrees C for 35 minutes 
Step 9: Allow to fully cool before cutting
