Perfect in our BW07033EU7 Megastone Steel Baking Tray

1 roll of puff pastry
A handful of strawberries
Half a ripe banana
1 tbsp brown sugar
Chocolate of your choice (we used galaxy for the strawberry pastries and snickers for the caramelised banana pastries!)

Step 1: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Step 2: For the banana pastries, add ½ tsp of brown sugar to paper and layer a slice of banana on top, then add a chunk of chocolate. Repeat this 3 times, with the ingredients evenly spaced on the tray.
Step 3: For the strawberry pastries, slice up a strawberry and lay around 3 pieces directly on the parchment, with some chocolate on top. Repeat this 3 times.
Step 4: Cut the pastry into 6 even squares, big enough to cover the piles of fruit and chocolate you have made.
Step 5: Lay the pastry squares on top and use your thumb to seal the edges to the parchment paper.
Step 6: Place in the oven at 200 degrees for around 15 minutes or until golden brown on top
Step 7: Use a fish slice to carefully slide the pastries off the tray and turn over.
Step 8: Add a dusting of icing sugar and enjoy
