Pina Colada Mocktail

Serves 1
Make delicious cocktails in our EK5245 Mixologist Cocktail Making set.

Ingredients

150ml pineapple juice
90ml coconut cream
100g fresh pineapple chunks
2 glace cherries, to garnish

You can add 60ml white rum if you want to make this cocktail alcoholic

Method

Step 1: Add the pineapple juice, coconut cream and frozen pineapple chunks to the Mixologist Cocktail Blender with a small handful of ice. Blend until smooth
Step 2: Pour into a tall glass and garnish with the cherries to serve
