For all orders over £15, you will automatically qualify for Free Standard Delivery. However, should you want your order for the next working day, you will need to pay £3.99.

Standard Delivery (3 to 5 working days):
    Free standard delivery is applied on all orders above £15. Orders below £15 are subject to a £3.75 shipping charge for standard delivery. Please note that orders containing multiple or large items may be split into separate parcels, and arrive at different times.

Next Day Delivery*:
    Next day delivery shipping is available at a cost of £3.99. Next day delivery service is not currently available when the product code contains “COMBO”. Orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday will be delivered on the next working day*. Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday and over the weekend are not eligible for Next Day Delivery. Orders placed on UK Bank Holidays may be delivered two working days later. Please note that orders containing multiple or large items may be split into separate parcels, and arrive at different times.

Firstly, ensure the garment steamer is switched off and unplugged. Then you are safe to remove the water tank and fill it up to no more than it's maximum capacity, this is done by pressing the water tank release buttons and pulling the tank away from the steamer's body. Once you've filled the tank up and reattached it to the steamer, you can then plug the steamer in and switch it on, allowing approximately 30 seconds of preheating before use. To begin steaming, place the steam head gently against the fabric and press the steam trigger, then move it in long, straight, downwards movements to remove any wrinkles or creases.

To clean the exterior surface of the garment steamer, you can wipe it with a soft, damp cloth. 

If you are looking to descale the water tank and remove any limescale build up, make sure to use a limescale removing solution that is suitable for use with a garment steamer. It is recommened you remove limescale at least once a month.

The water tank of this Garment Steamer has a maximum capacoty of 270ml.

Yes! This Garment Steamer comes with a standard 12 month guarantee, but it is also eligible for an extended guarantee. Make sure to register for your extended guarantee within 30 days of your purchase! This is only applicable when products have been used as instructed for their intended, domestic use.
