To clean these manual Salt & Pepper Mills, wipe them with a soft, damp cloth and allow to dy thoroughly. Do not immerse them in water or use chemical/abrasive cleaning agents and do not put them in the dishwasher. 

This Seasoning Grinder have been designed to make refilling as easy as possible. To do so, simply unscrew the top and remove the lid, then add your salt or peppercorns.
