Prosciutto and Buffalo Mozzarella Pizza Recipe
Cooked to perfection in our EK4923 Pizza Oven
Ingredients
50g tomato pizza sauce 55g thinly sliced prosciutto 30g fresh buffalo mozzarella, torn into pieces Extra-virgin olive oil
Method
Step 1: Roll the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle then spread the passata over the dough Step 2: Roughly tear the buffalo mozzarella into bite-sized pieces and scatter evenly across the base, scatter the thinly sliced prosciutto across the base Step 3: Slide the pizza onto the pizza stone and bake for 1 minute or until the crust is browned, turning it 180° halfway through cooking Step 4: Once cooked, remove from the pizza oven and drizzle with olive oil before serving
