Red Pesto Recipe

Blended to perfection in one of our Food Processors & Choppers



260g sundried tomatoes
125ml olive oil
25g pine nuts
1 tsp salt
1 garlic clove
1 handful flat leaf parsley
1 chilli, chopped
25g parmesan cheese


Step 1: Blend together the garlic clove and salt
Step 2: Add the pine nuts and blend again, then add the sundried tomatoes and parsley and blend
Step 3: In a bowl, add the sundried tomato mix to the olive oil, then add the chilli and cheese and stir together
