Roasted Red Pepper Humous

1 tin of chickpeas (drained) 
1 jar of roasted red peppers 
4 cloves of garlic 
1-2 tbsp lemon juice 
1 tbsp smoked paprika
50 ml olive oil 

 

Method  

Step 1: Add the chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil and smoked paprika
to a blender and blend until smooth
Step 2: Dip your favourite pitta or flatbreads and enjoy
