Rosemary Roast Potatoes
These quick and easy rosemary roast potatoes are the perfect side dish for your Sunday lunch. Combining crispy edges with a soft, fluffy middle, they are bound to be a winner at dinner time. Serve hot, garnished with extra fresh rosemary for an aromatic finish. — Team Salter

- 1 kg potatoes
- 6 tsp olive oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
Method
- Peel the potatoes and cut them in half. Add the potatoes to a pan of cold salted water and bring to the boil.
- Once boiling point has been reached, continue to cook for approximately 6 minutes. Then, drain and place into a large bowl.
- Evenly coat the potatoes in olive oil and season with rosemary, salt and pepper.
- Plug in and switch on the air fryer at the mains power supply.
- Set the temperature to 200 degrees and the time to approximately 20 mins and carefully place the potatoes into the relevant cooking compartment.
- After approximately 20 minutes, carefully shake the potatoes to coat evenly with oil.
- Cook for a further 15 minutes.
- Finally, check that the potatoes are crispy and golden. Then, serve hot with extra rosemary.
