Rosemary Roast Potatoes Recipe

INGREDIENTS
1kg potatoes
6 tsp olive oil
salt and pepper, to taste
METHOD
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and cut them in half. Add the potatoes to a pan of cold salted water and bring to the boil.
Step 2
Once boiling point has been reached, continue to cook for approximately 6 minutes. Then, drain and place into a large bowl.
Step 3
Evenly coat the potatoes in olive oil and season with rosemary, salt and pepper.
Step 4
Plug in and switch on the air fryer at the mains power supply.
Step 5
Set the temperature to 200 degrees and the time to approximately 20 mins and carefully place the potatoes into the relevant cooking compartment.
Step 6
After approximately 20 minutes, carefully shake the potatoes to coat evenly with oil.
Step 7
Cook for a further 15 minutes.
Step 8
Finally, check that the potatoes are crispy and golden. Then, serve hot with extra rosemary.
