  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 6 tsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Method

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them in half. Add the potatoes to a pan of cold salted water and bring to the boil.
  2. Once boiling point has been reached, continue to cook for approximately 6 minutes. Then, drain and place into a large bowl.
  3. Evenly coat the potatoes in olive oil and season with rosemary, salt and pepper.
  4. Plug in and switch on the air fryer at the mains power supply.
  5. Set the temperature to 200 degrees and the time to approximately 20 mins and carefully place the potatoes into the relevant cooking compartment.
  6. After approximately 20 minutes, carefully shake the potatoes to coat evenly with oil.
  7. Cook for a further 15 minutes.
  8. Finally, check that the potatoes are crispy and golden. Then, serve hot with extra rosemary.
