Sirloin Steak with Mushrooms
This delicious meal is made easy with our EK3999 Air Fryer Oven
Ingredients
2 sirloin steaks
250 g mushrooms
50 ml double cream
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tsp garlic paste
2 tsp mustard
Salt and pepper, to taste
Method
Step 1: Plug in and switch on the air fryer at the mains power supple. Set the temperature to 230 °C.
Step 2: Turn the function selector to ‘air fry’ or ‘toast’ and preheat for 5 minutes.
Step 3: Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
Step 4: Using heat-resistant oven gloves, place the steaks into the air fryer basket and shut the door.
Step 5: Cook for 10 – 15 minutes, or until cooked to your liking. Check the steaks periodically during cooking.
Step 6: To create the sauce, sweat the mushrooms in oil and garlic paste in a large frying pan on a medium heat for approximately 5 minutes.
Step 7: Turn down the heat. Add the mustard and double cream and leave to simmer for approximately 5 minutes before serving.
