Pumpkin Chilli

Ingredients

800g chopped tomatoes
800g black beans, drained
200g pumpkin puree
1 white onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 yellow pepper, chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tbsp chilli powder
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp oregano
Sugar
Salt

Method

Step 1: Add all ingredients to the slow cooker and mix to combine
Step 2: Cook on low heat for 8 hours
