Spiced Shakshuka:
Easily made in our Marble Collection 4 Piece Pan Set
Ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil
400g tinned chopped tomatoes
1 red pepper
½ red onion
½ courgette
4 eggs
Crusty bread to serve
Method:
Step one: in a saucepan or frying pan, heat the oil and add the red onion
Step two: add in your chopped red onion, courgette and tinned tomatoes
Step three: allow to simmer until the veg is almost cooked
Step four: in the mix make four wells and crack your eggs into them
Step five: cover with a lid and cook for 8-10 minutes, until the egg whites are cooked
Step six: serve with crusty bread and enjoy!
