All prices include VAT at the current rate.
We accept payment via PayPal, Google Pay, Klarna and all major cards.
Please note: goods cannot be collected from our premises.
Most listings include delivery (Free P & P) to a UK Mainland address but additional delivery services may be available; please contact customer services for further information. There may also be exceptions, which will be clearly shown. Salter will not be held responsible for any additional costs incurred through incorrect delivery addresses being provided, as these items may need to be re-delivered.
All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 days of receiving full payment.
If an item is not available due to stock shortages we will offer a full refund or where possible an alternative product.
All orders will be dispatched using Evri or Yodel and you will be advised by email once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number will be provided.
Warranties & Guarantees
All products listed as new carry a manufacturer's guarantee; the time period of the guarantee will be different for each product. All products come with a standard 12 month warranty, which lies with the retailer that the product was purchased from.
Subject to the care and use being followed, under the stated guarantee period, Salter promises to replace, substitute or refund any product that fails due to faulty workmanship or materials alongside a proof of purchase or a guarantee registration. This guarantee does not cover any damage caused by accident or misuse and is in addition to your statutory rights.
If your item is faulty or develops a fault within the time period stated under Warranties & Guarantees, we will make suitable arrangements for the goods to be returned. Any damages from day to day wear and tear are not covered by this guarantee.
Please contact us in advance regarding our returns procedure, as refunds cannot be processed without the correct information being provided. Reasonable care must be taken to ensure the returned goods are not damaged in transit and proof of postage must be obtained.
In the event that we cannot provide an exact replacement, a similar product will be offered. If we cannot provide an exact or similar replacement, a voucher or a full refund will be offered. If an alternative product is offered but you decide you wish to return it, Salter will provide the returns instructions for the product.
Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to cancel the delivery of the item. If you no longer require the item, you can refuse the delivery or return this to us, if you notify us of this within 14 days of the product being delivered. You then have another 14 days to return the goods, and a refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the goods back. A refund will only be provided if reasonable care has been taken to ensure we receive the returned item.
