Vegan Chocolate Orange Mousse Recipe

Perfect in one of our Food Processors & Choppers

Time: 10 minutes

For the Mousse
100g dark chocolate
300g silken tofu
1 ripe banana
1tbsp cocoa powder, optional
½ orange, zested
½ tsp vanilla essence
A pinch of salt

To Serve

A selection of fresh fruit
A choice of cookies/biscuits


Step 1: Chop the chocolate small and melt. Allow to cool for 5 minutes
Step 2: Add all the ingredients for the mousse into the Salter Glass Chopper and blend until really smooth and creamy
Step 3: Enjoy straight away or allow to chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours to firm up
Step 4: Serve in glass jars with fruit, cookies and a spoon or serve as part of a dessert board surrounded by fresh fruits and cookies
Step 5: Store leftovers in the fridge in a sealed container for 2-3 days
