Vegan Chocolate Orange Platter Recipe

For the Mousse
100g dark chocolate
300g silken tofu
1 ripe banana
1 tbsp cocoa powder
½ orange, zested
½ tsp vanilla essence
A pinch of salt

To Serve
Small chocolate cookies and biscuits


Step one: Chop the chocolate small and melt. Allow to cool for 5 minutes
Step two: Add all the ingredients for the mousse into the Salter Glass Chopper and blend until really smooth and creamy
Step three: Enjoy straight away or allow to chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours to firm up
Step four: Serve in glass jars with fruit, cookies and a spoon or serve as part of a dessert board surrounded by fresh fruits and cookies. Store leftovers in the fridge in a sealed container for 2-3 days
