Vegan Scrambled Tofu:
Easily made in our Marble Collection 4 Piece Pan Set
Ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion
2 cloves of garlic
½ tsp turmeric
1 tsp ground cumin
½ tsp paprika
280g extra firm tofu
100g tomatoes
Bread to serve
Method:
Step one: heat the oil and fry the onion until browned
Step two: add the garlic, turmeric, cumin and paprika and cook for a minute
Step three: mash the tofu in a bowl using a fork, leave some bits larger, like scrambled egg
Step four: add to the pan and fry until 3 minutes
Step five: add the tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes until they soften
Step six: serve with bread or with a vegan full breakfast!
