Ingredients

2 Large Oranges
1 Large Piece of Ginger
1 Lemon Squeezed
1 Tsp of Turmeric
2 Cups of Water

Method

Step one: chop and prepare your fruit
Step two: add all ingredients into the blender and blend to your desired consistency
