Air Fryer Cauliflower Buffalo Bites Recipe
Great in our Air Fryers
Ingredients
1 Head of Cauliflower
235ml Water
120g Flour
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Salt
Sour Cream and Chive for dipping.
Glaze
120 ml Hot Sauce
30g Melted Butter
Method
Step 1: Mix together the flour, water, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
Step 2: Cut your cauliflower into bite sized pieces and coat them in the flour mixture.
Step 3: Lay the cauliflower bites in a single layer in the air fryer for 17 minutes at 190°C.
Step 4: Mix together the hot sauce and melted butter and brush over the cauliflower bites halfway through cooking.
Step 5: Serve with sour cream and chive dip and celery sticks.
