Salmon Croquettes Recipe
Delicious in our EK2817 Compact Air Fryer
Ingredients
½ pink salmon, drained
40g flour
25g breadcrumbs
16g juice from drained salmon
½ egg
¼ chopped spring onion
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp Worcestershire Sauce
Pepper, to taste
Method
Step 1: In a bowl, mix together the salmon and egg, then stir in the flour, pepper, onions, and Worcestershire sauce
Step 2: Mix the baking powder and salmon juice and beat until foamy, then pour it into the salmon mixture and mix with a fork
Step 3: form the mixture into croquette shapes and cover with breadcrumbs
Step 4: Spray with oil and cook in a 200°C air fryer for 15-18 minutes until golden
