Biscoff Mocha Recipe
Made easy using our EK4296 Cosmos Kettle
Ingredients
500ml boiling water
200ml heated and lightly frothy milk
2 tbsp freshly ground coffee
1 tbsp Biscoff spread
2 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp sugar
For the topping
Whipped cream
Crumbled Biscoff
Biscoff drizzle
Biscoff biscuit
Method
Step 1: Add 500ml boiling water to 2 tbsp freshly ground coffee and brew for 4 minutes in a cafetiere.
Step 2: After 4 minutes, push the cafetiere down and pour out 50ml brewed coffee.
Step 3: Add 1 tbsp Biscoff spread, 2 tsp cocoa and 1 tsp sugar to the 50ml of coffee and stir together until smooth.
Step 4: Add the Biscoff coffee mixture to 200ml warmed milk and stir.
Step 5: Serve in your favourite mug, then top with whipped cream, a drizzle of melted Biscoff spread, Biscoff crumbles, and a full biscuit.
