Black Olive and Almond Pesto

Easy pesto made in our EK5258 Plant M!lk Maker


220g black olives, pitted
60g almond pulp
30g fresh basil
15g parsley
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp tomato puree
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Salt and pepper, to taste


Step 1: Blend together all the ingredients
Step 2: Once combined, mix in with any desired pasta or as a bruschetta topping
