Cinnamon Roll Pizza
Cooked to perfection in our EK4923 Pizza Oven
Ingredients
For the cinnamon spread 112g butter, softened 85g brown sugar 70g oats 3 tsp cinnamon
For the cream cheese glaze: 105g icing sugar 57g cream cheese, room temperature 4 tbsp unsalted butter ½ tsp vanilla extract
Method
Step 1: In a bowl, combine the butter, brown sugar, oats, and cinnamon, then spread this across the pizza base
Step 2: Slide the pizza onto the pizza stone and cook for 1 minute or until the pizza crust is browned, rotating it 180° halfway through cooking
Step 3: To make the glaze, beat together the butter and cream cheese, then add the icing sugar and vanilla extract and drizzle over the pizza- if it is too thick to drizzle, warm it up slightly in the microwave
