Crab Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

Easy to make in our EK2716 Omelette Maker! 

Ingredients

6 medium mushrooms, stems removed
50g crabmeat
1 tbsp sping onion, chopped
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp mustard
1/3 tsp dried garlic powder

Method

Step 1: Mix the crabmeat, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder and chopped spring onion together in a bowl
Step 2: Spoon the mixture into the mushroom caps
Step 3: Place three stuffed mushrooms into each cooking plate and cook for 8-9 minutes
