INGREDIENTS

4 small potatoes, washed and sliced in half lengthwise

A drizzle of olive oil

2 tbsp of grated parmesan cheese

2 tbsp of butter, softened

Handful of fresh parsley, chopped

garlic spread

2 cloves of fresh garlic, minced

METHOD

Step 1

Mix all the garlic spread ingredients together.

Step 2

Lightly brush the potato halves with olive oil

Step 3

Top each slice with garlic spread and place one half, skin side down, on each cooking plate.

Step 4

Lay the second half, skin side up, over the top but offset, so that the Omelette Maker closes.

Step 5

Cook for 35-40 minutes.
