- 4 small potatoes, washed and sliced in half lengthwise
- a drizzle of olive oil
- 2 tbsp of grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp of butter, softened
- 1 handful fresh parsley, chopped
garlic spread
- 2 cloves of fresh garlic, minced
Method
- Mix all the garlic spread ingredients together.
- Lightly brush the potato halves with olive oil
- Top each slice with garlic spread and place one half, skin side down, on each cooking plate.
- Lay the second half, skin side up, over the top but offset, so that the Omelette Maker closes.
- Cook for 35-40 minutes.
