  • 4 small potatoes, washed and sliced in half lengthwise
  • a drizzle of olive oil
  • 2 tbsp of grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp of butter, softened
  • 1 handful fresh parsley, chopped

garlic spread

  • 2 cloves of fresh garlic, minced

Method

  1. Mix all the garlic spread ingredients together.
  2. Lightly brush the potato halves with olive oil
  3. Top each slice with garlic spread and place one half, skin side down, on each cooking plate.
  4. Lay the second half, skin side up, over the top but offset, so that the Omelette Maker closes.
  5. Cook for 35-40 minutes.
