Falafel Curry:
Easily made in our Megastone Pan Set
Ingredients:
1 tsp vegetable oil
1 onion
1 tbsp curry powder
½ tsp ground ginger
1 large garlic clove
250g passata
200ml coconut milk
1 tsp sugar
200f falafel
150g spinach
Method:
Step one: preheat oven to 220C
Step two: heat the oil in a frying pan and add your chopped onion, cook until golden brown
Step three: stir in your spices and then add passata, coconut milk and sugar
Step four: simmer and cover for 10 minutes
Step six: bake the falafel until crispy
Step seven: stir in the spinach into the curry sauce and add falafel and cover until spinach is wilted
Step eight: serve with flat breads and enjoy!
