Flax Seed Crackers

Healthy Flax Seed Crackers made in our EK5258 Plant M!lk Maker


100g flaxseeds
60ml water (or more if the mixture is dry)
40g mixed seeds or nut pulp
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic granules
1 tsp dried mixed herbs
½ tsp black pepper


Step 1: Combine all the ingredients in a bowl then leave to stand for 5-10 minutes
Step 2: Dust a clean surface with flour and roll out the mixture to 3mm thick

Step 3: Slice or cut the dough to the preferred size and place the dough shapes onto a lightly greased baking sheet
Step 4: Continue to roll out the dough and cut it into shapes to use up the remaining. Step 5: Bake the crackers for 20-25 minutes at 180 or until golden
