Halloumi Burger Recipe
Grilled to perfection on our EK4366 Cosmos Health Grill
Ingredients
4 wholewheat bread rolls
1 block of halloumi, sliced
1 beef tomato
1 avocado
80g mayonnaise
Handful shredded iceberg lettuce
Method
Step 1: Slice the halloumi, tomato, and avocado into 1cm thick slices.
Step 2: Grill the halloumi for 2-3 minutes on each side and fry the tomatoes for 1-2 minutes on each side.
Step 3: Slice the rolls and spread a layer of mayo on the bottom of each one.
Step 4: Top with the lettuce, then halloumi, tomato, and avocado and finally, the top bun.
