Indian Spiced Tomato Soup

Ingredients
- 400 g chopped tomatoes
- 500 ml vegetable stock
- 1 large onion, peeled and finely chopped
- 2 tbsp red lentils
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- fresh coriander to serve
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Add the olive oil to the jug to prevent the ingredients from sticking, then add all the ingredients into the soup maker.
- Stir all the ingredients together to ensure they are combined, then select the 'Smooth' soup function.
- Select the 'smooth' soup setting. Allow the cycle to run.
- Once the soup is finished, blend until the desired consistency is reached, then serve.
