Ingredients

  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 1 celery stick, chopped
  • 1 onion, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 leek, finely chopped
  • 600 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tbsp plain flour
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 ml double cream too serve
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Add the olive oil to the jug to prevent the ingredients from sticking, then add all the ingredients into the soup maker.
  2. Stir all the ingredients together to ensure they are combined, then select the smooth soup setting.
  3. Allow the cycle to run.
  4. Once the soup has finished, blend further to reach the desired consistency and serve with a dash of cream and crispy croutons.
