Mushroom Soup
For lunch or as a starter, this flavourful soup is the perfect comforting food and is very easy to make. — Team Salter

Ingredients
- 300 g mushrooms
- 1 celery stick, chopped
- 1 onion, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 leek, finely chopped
- 600 ml vegetable stock
- 2 tbsp plain flour
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 100 ml double cream too serve
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Add the olive oil to the jug to prevent the ingredients from sticking, then add all the ingredients into the soup maker.
- Stir all the ingredients together to ensure they are combined, then select the smooth soup setting.
- Allow the cycle to run.
- Once the soup has finished, blend further to reach the desired consistency and serve with a dash of cream and crispy croutons.
