Ingredients

  • 40 g oats, blended
  • 50 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp biscoff
  • 150 g fat free greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp syrup
  • 1-2 tbsp melted biscoff to top
  • 1 whole lotus biscuit

Method

  1. Add your oats to a blender, blending until you have an oat flour consistency.
  2. Add your blended oats to the Tupperware then add your milk and 1 tbsp of biscoff to the oats, mixing until you have a smooth paste. Flatten this out on the base of the Tupperware.
  3. Mix your yoghurt with your syrup then spread on top of the oat layer.
  4. Melt more biscoff and pour over the top. Place a lotus biscuit on the top, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight then serve.
