Peach and Macadamia Cake Bar Recipe

125g butter, softened
125g light brown sugar
2 medium eggs
125g self-raising flour
½ tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla extract
150g macadamia nuts, lightly toasted
2 peaches, diced
20g white chocolate, melted


Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180° C
Step 2: Combine the butter, sugar, eggs, flour, baking powder, and vanilla extract and beat together until smooth
Step 3: Add half of the macadamia nuts and fold them into the batter then pour the batter into a greased square cake tin
Step 4: Top the batter with the diced peaches and the other half of the macadamia nuts and bake for 30-40 minutes
Step 5: Drizzle over the melted white chocolate and serve
