INGREDIENTS
4 potatoes
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp ginger powder
1/4 tsp ground cardamom
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
salt and cayenne pepper, to taste
cooking spray
METHOD
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and slice into wedges.
Step 2
Add the potatoes to a pan of cold salted water and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Once the boiling point has been reached, drain the potatoes and place them into a large bowl.
Step 4
Meanwhile, mix all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
Step 5
Spray the fries with cooking spray and coat in the spice mixture.
Step 6
Turn on the air fryer and select the chip function, then place the fries into the drawer and cook.
Step 7
Serve immediately once done with your choice of dipping sauce.
