8 slices streaky bacon
16 chipolata sausages
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2: Place the bacon on a chopping board and then stretch and flatten it out to be an extra half long, then cut each strip in half.
Step 3: Wrap each piece of bacon around the chipolatas. Secure with cocktail sticks.
Step 4: Place on a baking tray and roast for 15 minutes or until golden and crisp.
