Pineapple Inside-Out Cake Recipe
Easy to make in our EK2716 Omelette Maker!
2 slices pineapple, crushed
110g self-raising flour
2 tbsp margarine, melted
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp brown sugar
Step 1: Mix the eggs, self-raising flour, milk and margarine together in a bowl.
Step 2: Divide the cake mixture between the two cooking plates.
Step 3: Mix the crushed pineapple with the brown sugar and spoon carefully into the centre of the cake mixture.
Step 4: Cook for 15-17 minutes.
Step 5: Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
