  • 2 pineapple slices
  • 110 g self-raising flour
  • 1 egg
  • 75 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp margarine, melted
  • 2 tbsp caster sugar
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • ice cream to serve

Method

  1. Mix the eggs, self-raising flour, milk and margarine together in a bowl.
  2. Divide the cake mixture between the two cooking plates.
  3. Mix the crushed pineapple with the brown sugar and spoon carefully into the centre of the cake mixture.
  4. Cook for 15-17 minutes.
  5. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
