Pineapple Inside-Out Cake

Ingredients

2 slices pineapple, crushed
110g self-raising flour
1 egg
75ml milk
2 tbsp margarine, melted
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp brown sugar

Method

Step 1: Mix the eggs, self-raising flour, milk and margarine together in a bowl
Step 2: Divide the cake mixture between the two cooking plates
Step 3: Mix the crushed pineapple with the brown sugar and spoon carefully into the centre of the cake mixture
Step 4: Cook for 15-17 minutes
Step 5: Serve with whipped cream or ice cream
