Plug in and switch on the Ice Cuber Maker, after approx. 25 seconds, press the power button once and the Ice Cube Maker will automatically begin the ice-making process.
After 8-12 minutes, ice cubes will drop into the collection basket, this cycle will repeat until the collection basket is full or the water tank is empty.
Cleaning the Salter Electric Ice Cube Maker is made easy using the Self-clean function! If the Ice Cube Maker has not been used for 5 days or more, use the self-clean function:
1. Drain the water from the water tank.
2. Secure the drainage plug and refill the water tank, refer to the instruction manual for more detailed guidance.
3. Hold the power button until the 3 indicator lights begin flashing consecutively. After 4-5 minutes of self cleaning, the Ice Cube Maker will return to standby mode.
4. Drain the water tank and refill with still, cold, clean water before using the Ice Cuber Maker again.
