Pumpkin Spice Hot Chocolate Recipe

Perfect in the Salter Chocolatier


200ml milk
6 tsp chocolate flakes
2 tbsp pumpkin puree (or 2 pumps pumpkin syrup)
¼ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp ginger
½ tsp cinnamon
Whipped cream, to top


Step 1: Add all the ingredients except for the whipped cream to the Chocolatier and set to the hot chocolate setting to allow the mixture to be warmed through and stirred together.
Step 2: Pour in a large mug and top with whipped cream, cinnamon, marshmallows and a few more chocolate flakes and serve.
