Sausage and Potato Omelette Recipe
Omelettes made easy in our EK2716 Omelette Maker
4 cherry tomatoes, halved
2 sausages, cooked and chopped into small pieces
1 potato, cooked and diced into small pieces
Half large onion, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
Step 1: Preheat the omelette maker.
Step 2: In a bowl, beat the two eggs and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3: Chop sausages and potatoes into small pieces.
Step 4: Stir in all of the ingredients to the beaten eggs.
Step 5: Once the indicator light has switched off, pour the omelette mixture evenly between the two non-stick cooking plates.
Step 6: Close the lid and cook for 6-8 minutes until fluffy.
