- 2 eggs
- 4 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 sausages, chopped
- 1 potato, cooked and diced
- 1/2 large onion, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Preheat the omelette maker.
- In a bowl, beat the two eggs and season with salt and pepper.
- Chop sausages and potatoes into small pieces.
- Stir in all of the ingredients to the beaten eggs.
- Once the indicator light has switched off, pour the omelette mixture evenly between the two non-stick cooking plates.
- Close the lid and cook for 6-8 minutes until fluffy.
