Make morning breakfast a breeze with the perfect fluffy omelette with sausage and potatoes.
INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
4 cherry tomatoes, halved
2 sausages, chopped
1 potato, cooked and diced
1/2 large onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
METHOD
Step 1
Preheat the omelette maker.
Step 2
In a bowl, beat the two eggs and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Chop sausages and potatoes into small pieces.
Step 4
Stir in all of the ingredients to the beaten eggs.
Step 5
Once the indicator light has switched off, pour the omelette mixture evenly between the two non-stick cooking plates.
Step 6
Close the lid and cook for 6-8 minutes until fluffy.
