INGREDIENTS
1 can black bean soup
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/2 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 can baked beans
1/2 can chopped tomatoes in puree
1/2 can sweetcorn, drained
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp chilli powder
1 garlic clove, crushed
0 Warm bread or rice, to serve
METHOD
Step 1
Combine all the ingredients into the removable ceramic cooking pot and stir thoroughly.
Step 2
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Serve with warm bread or on a bed of rice.
