Simple Vegetarian Chilli Recipe

Cooked to perfection in our EK2842 3.5 Litre Slow Cooker simple-vegetarian-chilli.png


1 can black bean soup
1 stalk celery, chopped
½ can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
½ can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
½ baked beans
½ can chopped tomatoes in puree
½ can sweetcorn, drained
½ onion, chopped
½ green bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp dried oregano
4g chilli powder
1 garlic clove, crushed
Warm bread or rice, to serve


Step 1: Combine all the ingredients into the removable ceramic cooking pot and stir thoroughly
Step 2: Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally
Step 3: Serve with warm bread or on a bed of rice
