Pulled Pork Sandwiches Recipe
Great in one of our generously sized slow cookers.
Ingredients
750g boneless pork spareribs or pork shoulder
750ml beef stock
250g barbecue sauce
Bread rolls, to serve
Method
Step 1: Add the beef stock and boneless spareribs into the removable ceramic cooking pot.
Step 2: Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours, turning the meat occasionally.
Step 3: Take the meat out of the slow cooker and shred using 2 forks.
Step 4: Preheat the oven to 180° C, transfer the pork to an ovenproof dish and stir in the barbecue sauce.
Step 5: Bake in the oven for 30 minutes and serve on the bread rolls.
