Pulled Pork Sandwiches Recipe
Great in our EK2842 3.5 Litre Slow Cooker
Ingredients
750g boneless pork spareribs
750ml beef stock
250g barbecue sauce
Bread rolls, to serve
Method
Step 1: Add the beef stock and boneless spareribs into the removable ceramic cooking pot
Step 2: Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours, turning the meat occasionally
Step 3: Take the meat out of the slow cooker and shred using 2 forks
Step 4: Preheat the oven to 180° C, transfer the pork to an ovenproof dish and stir in the barbecue sauce
Step 5: Bake in the oven for 30 minutes and serve on the bread rolls
