Tomato and Chilli Soup Recipe

Ingredients
- 400 g tinned plum tomatoes
- 800 ml chicken or vegetable stock
- 1 carrot, peeled and chopped
- 1 celery stick, chopped
- 1 medium onion, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- small bunch of coriander leaves
- chilli, salt, and pepper to taste
Method
- Add the olive oil to the jug to prevent the ingredients from sticking, then add all the ingredients to the jug.
- Stir all the ingredients together to ensure they are combined.
- Select the 'Smooth' soup function. Allow the cycle to run.
- Once the soup cycle is finished, select the 'blend' function and use until the desired consistency is reached.
