Tomato, Onion and Cheese Omelette Recipe

INGREDIENTS
4 Cherry tomatoes
1 Small red onion
25ml Semi-skimmed milk
10g Grated cheddar
Salt & Pepper
Spray of oil
METHOD
Step 1
Preheat the omelette maker, and spray the non-stick cooking plates with oil once the indicator light has switched off.
Step 2
Dice your red onion and cherry tomatoes.
Step 3
Add the onions and tomatoes to the omelette maker and cook until softened.
Step 4
In a bowl, beat two eggs, then add the milk and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Step 5
Remove the tomatoes and onions from the cooking plates and add to the omelette mixture.
Step 6
Stir the grated cheddar through.
Step 7
Divide the omelette mixture evenly between the two non-stick cooking plates, close the lid, and cook for 6-8 minutes until fluffy and cooked through.
