- 4 Cherry tomatoes
- 1 Small red onion
- 25 ml Semi-skimmed milk
- 10 g Grated cheddar
- 1 pinch Salt & Pepper
- Spray of oil
Method
- Preheat the omelette maker, and spray the non-stick cooking plates with oil once the indicator light has switched off.
- Dice your red onion and cherry tomatoes.
- Add the onions and tomatoes to the omelette maker and cook until softened.
- In a bowl, beat two eggs, then add the milk and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Remove the tomatoes and onions from the cooking plates and add to the omelette mixture.
- Stir the grated cheddar through.
- Divide the omelette mixture evenly between the two non-stick cooking plates, close the lid, and cook for 6-8 minutes until fluffy and cooked through.
