  • 4 Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Small red onion
  • 25 ml Semi-skimmed milk
  • 10 g Grated cheddar
  • 1 pinch Salt & Pepper
  • Spray of oil

Method

  1. Preheat the omelette maker, and spray the non-stick cooking plates with oil once the indicator light has switched off.
  2. Dice your red onion and cherry tomatoes.
  3. Add the onions and tomatoes to the omelette maker and cook until softened.
  4. In a bowl, beat two eggs, then add the milk and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  5. Remove the tomatoes and onions from the cooking plates and add to the omelette mixture.
  6. Stir the grated cheddar through.
  7. Divide the omelette mixture evenly between the two non-stick cooking plates, close the lid, and cook for 6-8 minutes until fluffy and cooked through.
